Vivid ruby color with tones of red. Fragrance with hints of red fruit, especially cherries and plums. They gradually recede and the aroma adds a mixture of spices and herbs. Dry wine with full body, pleasantly smooth and fruity taste.

Cherry Red with violet notes, bright smell, aromas of red fruits, balanced and persistent aftertaste.

Tinta de Toro is the same grape as Tempranillo but grown in the Toro region offers a deeper andmore silky experience. Fruity notes are present. A wonderful House wine.

This production of only 275 bottles is almost exclusively for S1 Group. Aged for an impressive 27 months in American oak this is a house favourite. From Valle de la Orotava it offers deep rich texture but still expresses the true terroir in its body.

Pale straw yellow color with delicate green reflections. At the nose smell of green apple, crunchy bread crust and sage. Silky taste with a delicate acid that adds to the wine an attractive freshness.

Straw yellow with light copper shades. At the smell you can smell the mineral note together with yellow fruits like peach, melon, and strawberry. Good alcoholic strength, sapid and full bodied.

Flower must is used during fermentation which is ceased at -2degrees leaving unfermented sugars. Bright in colour, passion fruit on the nose and fresh, fruity and ight to taste.

Organic, young, light white, 100 year old vines grown above 1300 meters.

This lovely wine with its bright yellow colour is of medium intensity with a mineral citric background. White fruits and orange peel come to mind. Fresh, dry and complex. Rounded on lees in stainless steel and 6 months ageing in its Burgundy bottle. Decanting recommended.
